Loft d’Exception au Pied des Champs-Élysées

Positive: El departamento es muy amplio y cómodo. Totalmente equipado. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del metro y de Port Mallot por si debes ir al aeropuerto de Beauvais. La atención del personal excelente, siempre respondiendo en tiempo.

Place has potential but I wouldn’t go back. Positive: Communication was very good. Host responded very quickly to questions and concerns. Guest portal when it worked was helpful. Location was great. Right around the corner from grocery and restaurants Negative: Front door was almost impossible to open or close when it rained as the inside door sill was too high. Even using our full weight it was difficult. About 1/3 of all lightbulbs were burned out. Some rooms only had one working bulb. Upstairs bathroom had cabinet door broken and was just sitting on the floor. Downstairs bathroom had mold issues on two walls and exhaust fan, also a section of the wall had been removed and was just propped up against the wall. Lack of cooking utensils and dishes. There were no wine glasses at all and no large chefs knives to cut with. Also no blender nor mixer and all the dinner plates had large chunks missing from them. No place to sit and eat next to the kitchen. The dining table was a floor down a narrow circular staircase. There was room for a small dining table and chairs next to the kitchen but there weren’t any.

Positive: Выход сразу на улицу, высокие потолки, много света из-за больших окон, винтовая лестница с -1 на 1 этаж, большое зеркало на 0 этаже, стильный интерьер, удобство заезда/отъезда, прекрасное расположение вблизи станций метро и трамвайных путей. Близость супермаркетов. Negative: При заезде в лофт обнаружили, что полы обработаны каким-то моющим средством, поэтому домашняя обувь как бы прилипала к полу. Пришлось еще раз самим помыть.

Perfecte Verblijf op een Toplocatie Positive: Dit appartement was een absolute vondst! Het had alles wat ik nodig had voor een comfortabel verblijf—ruim, netjes en heel rustig. De locatie was fantastisch, met geweldige winkels en restaurants op korte loopafstand. Bedankt dat ik deze plek mocht ervaren.

Fantastisch Verblijf met Comfort en Gezelligheid Positive: De keuken was volledig uitgerust, waardoor het gemakkelijk was om maaltijden te bereiden, en de woonkamer was ruim en uitnodigend. Het voelde als een echt thuis weg van huis. Alles was goed onderhouden en comfortabel, perfect voor een ontspannen verblijf. Bedankt!
