Well located apartment but careful with fraudulent property management Positive: The apartment is well located next to line 3 metro stop which is convenient to reach central Paris main attractions. Negative: The apartment looks better in the pictures than in reality: - cleanness state of the apartment: wc area was dirty, some spider nets were hanging in one of the bedrooms, the sofa bed was very dirty when opened,... -mold in one of the rooms in the floor and in the wall -missing basic equipment in the kitchen like glasses... In general, it seems there's a lack of maintenance and could be improved with small effort. After my stay I have to report a couple of issues with the property management: -I was offered just after leaving the apartment an amazon voucher of 20 pounds if I was giving a 10 stars in my review. This is the first time this happens to me and I find to be a very fair play approach which shall explain the very good ratings from the apartment. -A few days after my stay I was announced a charge of 100 pounds for 3 towels with stains from normal use, nothing from my point of view that would not leave after a simple wash. I tried to understand more; I was sent 3 pictures (2 with a different address than my apartment) and I was told me the high cost was linked to emergency shopping from a local shop + delivery fees. I'm still waiting for further proof of the purchases and stains after washing. Everything very sketchy and does not add up. I doubt I'll find and agreement with them I'm reporting this situation to Booking customer service. Be careful and take pictures of anything not ok since you may be at risk to be charged for it.

Alptraum. Negative: Die Wohnung war dreckig und voller Schimmel. Es war ein Graus. Ausserdem wurde die Wohnung nie gründlich geputzt. Überall waren Spinnennetze in den Ecken. Der Boden war klebrig und die gesamte Wohnung hatte einen stickigen Geruch. Es war ein Alptraum. Nie wieder. Zum Glück konnten wir nach Anreise die Wohnung stornieren, der gesamte Betrag wurde uns rückerstattet und wir konnten in ein Hotel einchecken.

Würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen Positive: Der Schlüssel war in einem Schloss an der Hauptstraße. Wie wir das Schloss finden, wie wir in das Haus gelangen und in welches Appartement wir gehen, war sehr gut in mehreren Videos beschrieben. So war man bereits vor der Reise gut informiert. Außerdem ist das Appartement direkt an der Metro-Station (keine 30 Meter), so dass man sehr gut an das Verkehrsnetz angebunden ist. Der Arc de Triomphe ist ca. 2 km entfernt. Mit einem kurzen Spaziergang ist man auch zu Fuß direkt an der Champs-Élysées. Falls man mit dem Auto anreist, gibt es auch ein Parkhaus in der Nähe des Appartements. Negative: Ein Toaster in der Küche konnten wir nicht finden. Vielleicht könnte das vom Gastgeber noch bereit gestellt werden.
