Negative: This is no joke. If you like being ROBBED, book accommodation with ‘The Flex Living’.
The Flex Living forces you to register on a website external to Booking.com, where you have to provide a lot of personal information and a card to pay the deposit.
They will use this data to charge you without your authorisation.
What's more, even if you block that bank card, they have a system for making fraudulent charges to cards you may have with other banks! (This is no joke, nor is it an exaggeration.)
Context:
During check-in, for almost THREE hours, The Flex Living gave me false instructions (via WhatsApp) about the location of the ‘locker’ where the keys were, even asking me for a selfie and a photo with my ID card.
Due to the situation, I called Booking to explain the problem and they told me that if I didn't have a solution from The Flex Living within 45 minutes, I should call Booking again and they would find a solution for me.
Finally, after almost 3 hours, I received the correct address for the locker.
On the last day of my stay, I was informed that The Flex Living had cancelled the accommodation and Booking would proceed to rebook the stay.
After travelling all day, when I got home I saw that they had charged me, without my consent, around €300 on the card I used for the deposit.
My bank told me that they had tried to charge me more than €900, but couldn't because of the card's daily limit, so they tried successive smaller charges until they managed to charge me around €300.
I told them that I find it unacceptable that they have made fraudulent charges that I did not authorise, and that any payment I have to make will be through Booking, which is who I contracted the service with.
Now, almost a month later, they have charged a different card I hold with another bank—one whose details I have never provided to them—which suggests they have a system for obtaining or using card information without authorization.

Alojamiento cómodo, excelente ubicación a pocas cuadras de la torre Eiffel
Positive: Excelente ubicación del alojamiento , cerca de 2 estaciones del metro y a pocas cuadras de la torre Eiffel. Apartamento de 2 alcobas y sala comedor, súper cómodo y bien dotado. La atención del anfitrión fue muy amable y pendiente de todo. El alojamiento es confortable, mi esposa , mis 2 hijos y yo, lo pasamos muy bien !! Súper recomendado !! Y el sector es muy bueno !!
Negative: Todo estuvo muy bueno , excelente ubicación y atención del anfitrión.

Decent but not luxury. More of a tourist money maker. A pity as i come back often to that location
Positive: Location is optimal. Cleaning is good
Staff was friendly but a bit disorganised and seemed to speak very little french. No way to contact on phone on emergency only whatsapp messages. Lost 40mins under rain with family and kid to get the keys cause they changed box location and own staff was unaware. Lenghty and complicated responses and instructions
Price is decent off season
Building is secure
Negative: Clearly not luxury. First price appliances and furniture. Small bed and not very comfy in particular with small kid. Very basic amenities
Very noisy ( metro in front of window, market with people unloading stuff 5am, homeless people drinking all night under the windows. Interior design questionable and literally no decoration , even hospital rooms have more :))
They ask for extras even for 2nd keys and everything. Sounds more aimed at tourists than returning customers

Positive: Great apartment in city centre, 10 min walk from the Eiffel Tower. We loved it and would definitely book it again for our next Paris trip 🙂
