Appartement d’Exception à Guy Môquet - The Flex Paris

Would be lovely to stay again! Positive: Lovely Parisian property in a nice neighbourhood. Easy access to the metro to explore Paris and plenty of bistros and boulangeries near by. Would stay again! 😊

Incorrect hosts Positive: The location is convenient, just a short walk from a metro station and there are plenty of options to eat in the area. Montmartre is within a walking distance. The apartment itself seems to be recently (2&2 years) renovated and the sofa bed has the easiest open/close mechanism I've ever seen. We didn't cook there, but I believe it had all cutlery that would be needed to prepare a dinner. Negative: The check-in process was a nightmare: you are required to fill in plenty of paperwork in an online system, submit a photo of your passport, send them a selfie, and pay a 500 EUR safety deposit, afterwards I waited in vain for hours to get the checkin instructions. Ultimately I had to make a phone call to the property manager (it's an agency running flats in a few countries), who finally was kind enough to approve our stay and let me access the instructions. Meanwhile I was waiting outside with my family and the luggage! The flat is situated just above a 🌈-friendly bar that gets really noisy until late in the evenings - you can't really sleep with open windows while the crowd has fun downstairs. The living room looks spacious on the picture but is rather small - it is very difficult to fit around the kitchen table, and moving the coffee table around the room requires special care to not let it break apart. The bathroom seems to a late addition to the apartment - everyone in my family is rather skinny, so it wasn't a problem for us, but taking a shower would be very challenging for those on the chubbier side of the spectrum. A day or two after we left Paris, they decided to keep 100 EUR from the safety deposit to cover a "Damaged trash bin: £86" that allegedly occurred during our stay. I have immediately challenged that and 2 weeks later (and after multiple messages from my end) I've received a "proof" - a picture of the cheap and visibly intact trash bin. They didn't bother replying to me further. All in all Paris is a magical city full with things to see, explore and taste. You shouldn't let such unfair hosts ruin your experience - just accept that you are not their guest, but a cash cow that needs milking.

Positive: très bon emplacement. le service flex living a été très efficace et rapide lors de mes demandes d'assistance. Negative: le message pour récupérer accéder à l'appartement avait plusieurs erreurs pas de consigne visible pour trouver l'accès au wifi un voisin très bruyant jusqu'à 4h du matin il manque une cafetière basique

Positive: Хорошие апартаменты в спокойном районе. В квартире есть всё необходимое: много посуды, швабра, пылесос, духовка и принадлежности к ней. Заселение оказалось несложным — предоставляют подробное описание, а при необходимости высылают видеоинструкцию. Очень понравился сам подъезд, лестница, двери.. Negative: При бронировании за сутки до заезда не заметила, что требуется залог в 500 евро. После оплаты связь с персоналом была затруднённой, инструкции по заселению пришли лишь за 10 минут до начала.Если такие условия-просто предупредите! Также хочу отметить, что жильё предлагает бонусы за оценку «10», что, на мой взгляд, некорректно — отзывы должны быть честными и объективными.

Super schoon en rustig Positive: We waren onder de indruk van hoe schoon alles was. De ruimte voelde licht en open, maar toch gezellig. De omgeving was rustig en veilig. Grote waarde voor een rustige nachtrust.
